Session 2 focuses on Understanding the risks and impacts of global warming and extreme weather events on our health with Dr. Richard Tolin,  AND how the disaster management and response system works locally, roles of faith organizations, advice on congregational planning. We will highlight community partners (such as the Red Cross and VOAD), and what happens at the local, State and Federal level during an emergency with Julia Menzo from SE PA VOAD and Liberty Lutheran.
