Ropes Course & Canoeing

8:15 AM to 3:00 PM (no rain date)
At WESTTOWN SCHOOL
under the supervision of Christine Costa Henwood
Outdoor Education Coordinator for Westtown School
Open to any child whose parent or parents attend or are members of any monthly meeting in Concord Quarterly Meeting or Western Quarterly Meeting or is actively involved in Westtown School’s Quaker Leadership Program (“QLP”) and who is at least in the 1st grade. (Note: To canoe, a child must be able to swim.) (Click here to download flyer)
8:15 to 8:45 a.m. – Drop off of children (snack to be provided)
9:00-11:30 – Ropes Course/Canoeing
11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. – Lunch to be provided
12:30-3:00 p.m. – Ropes Course/Canoeing
3:00 – 3:15 p.m. – Pickup of children
Cost & Registration: $10 for first child and $5 for each child thereafter
Releases: CQM/WQM’s release and medical treatment consent form and Westtown School’s release and medical treatment consent form need to be signed by parent or guardian. Checks are to be made out to Concord Quarterly Meeting. A check and the two release and consent forms must be delivered to Charles B. Spadoni, CQM Coordinator, 116 S New St, West Chester, PA 19382 on or before April 7, 2017.
